Refunds & Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy for Custom Cakes, Weddings, and other Custom Orders:

Over 12 months prior to your event: Full refund.
12 months prior to your event: 100% store credit issued.
6 months prior to your event: 50% store credit issued.
Less than 6 months prior to your event: 25% store credit issued.
Less than 2 weeks: No refunds issued.

Butterfly Bakery cannot be held responsible for inability to provide food or other services due to inclement weather, terrorism, or acts of God, including without limitation, snowstorm, fire, earthquake, or flooding. Should any of these circumstances occur, our client will be required to cover any cost incurred by Butterfly Bakery prior to that occurrence. Events will either be rescheduled or cancelled.
