Fill out your Custom Request Form

Select one of the buttons below to start your custom request. This is a non-binding form that provides our team all the information and inspiration photos we need to start on your quote.

Your order is not confirmed until you have finalized the details with a member of our team and completed payment.

Our Team Contacts You

Our team will call you once we have created your estimate. This usually takes anywhere from 1-3 days, but could be longer for more complex requests. We will discuss any further questions we have, our plan for your order, and make sure we are all on the same page with what you are looking for.

Payment

We require payment in full for any custom projects before they are added to our schedule. You can pay over the phone when we call you with your quote, or you can stop in store to pay. Our customs coordinator will give you a timeline for when payment will be due in order to complete your project.

Pick Up

We'll have your order boxed and ready to go on pick up day! Simply arrive to the store, give us your name, and we'll have your order ready to go. Make sure you have a flat surface in your vehicle and that the a/c is running (especially on warm or hot days).

A NOTE ABOUT OUR CUSTOM PROCESS:

Filling out our custom request form is the most efficient way to process your custom request. This ensures your order is entered into our system where we have checks and balances set up to ensure that all notes on your project are recorded and shared with our production teams and that you are provided accurate information and quotes about lead times and pricing.

If you stop in store to discuss a custom project, our Front of House staff is instructed to direct you to fill out this form. However, if you would like assistance filling out your form, they will be happy to do so!
