Each Gourmet Cake has three layers separated by a coordinating filling.

Yes, you can add writing to any cake for an additional $5 by entering it in the box above labeled "Would you like a special message written on your cake?"

We can accommodate minimal design changes to our online menu of gourmet cakes such as a small color change, subject to bakery and timeline approval. Adding a special request in your order notes does not guarantee a change. Please call us with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.

We have one Vegan / Gluten Friendly cake option available. It is a chocolate cake and will be labeled "Gluten Friendly" in the title. Please be aware that we do not specialize in gluten free or other dietary restrictions so we can not guarantee 100% prevention of cross-contamination.

We work with gluten and other common allergens in our bakery, and while we do sanitize our equipment and follow best practices, there will always be potential for cross contamination.

Most of our Designer Cakes can be ready for pick up as soon as next day if you order before noon. However, no matter what pick up date you need, you will select your pick up date and time during check out and our team will have it ready for you!

You can select your chosen flavor pairing from the drop down menu above. For advanced customizations to the flavor or filling, we require advanced notice (we usually request a week) and a custom request order. Please fill out our custom request form to begin the process.

We use our made-in-house Classic Buttercream for all Designer Cakes. This frosting is made to hold up with detailed piping and design techniques and also allow us to create the colors needed for each design.
